Course Description: The Thoughtful Teacher Virtual Academy: Total School Edition is designed to provide a foundation for your school's instructional program. Our course provides 10 high-impact strategies that can be implemented immediately. This course serves as a step-by-step guide intended to jumpstart your school's classroom management performance.
This course can be taken as individual teachers or in groups. Many schools use this as a part of their professional learning communities (PLCs). Teachers will need to commit between 8 to 10 hours to complete the course.
When your teachers enroll in our Thoughtful Teacher Virtual Academy, the will be learning and growing as a community. In addition to the strategies, teachers will be provided with the Thoughtful Teacher Playbook which includes implementation activities, student surveys, email scripts, and more.

Meet The Instructor
Dr. Keith Stephenson is an educator with over 30 years of experience working in schools. During his career, he served as a teacher, principal, and a superintendent of a network of schools. When leading schools, he discovered that a common instructional quality of all outstanding teachers was their ability to effectively manage their classrooms. Since 2016, Keith has coached thousands of teachers to become excellent classroom managers.
